Busy Bees Cambridge is seeking an ECE Unregistered Teacher to join our warm, community-focused centre. You’ll contribute to a curriculum based on Te Whāriki, provide caring, developmentally appropriate interactions, and support children's curiosity each day.

This role offers hands-on growth, supportive leadership, and the chance to build strong relationships with families while working within a national network that values wellbeing and best practice.

• Assist to develop and implement a curriculum based on Te Whāriki.
• Provide high-quality physical care and nurturing, ensuring our tamariki feel safe, warm, and loved throughout their day.
• Foster a supportive and relaxed atmosphere where diverse lifestyles are respected and every child’s holistic needs are met.
• Build positive and collaborative relationships with learners, their families, and the wider community.
• Maintain a safe and beautiful learning space by caring for resources and eliminating hazards.
• Help capture and share children's unique progress through profile books and online portals.
• Holds a genuine heart for following a child’s lead and a commitment to personal growth.
• Communicates authentically to build quick rapport with everyone in our community.
• Shows excellent initiative and a proactive "can-do" spirit to keep our daily flow moving.
• Honours high ethical standards by acting with real integrity and warmth in every interaction.
• Proactively creates a warm and approachable environment that makes our whānau feel at home.
