Job summary

Busy Bees Forest Lake seeks an ECE Unregistered Teacher to join our warm, nurturing team on a fixed-term basis. This role supports tamariki with curiosity-driven learning and daily hands-on activities in a Reggio Emilia-inspired setting.

You will partner with whānau, foster relationships, and help create a safe, engaging environment where children feel valued and inspired to explore. 30 hours per week, Hamilton, fixed-term until December 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in an ECE environment is an advantage.
• Able to build strong relationships with tamariki and whānau.
• Proactive, can-do spirit to keep daily flow moving.
• Excellent communication with the community.

Responsibilities

• Support daily learning through play and hands-on activities.
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment where tamariki feel valued.
• Collaborate with the team to implement curriculum inspired by Reggio Emilia.
