Busy Bees Te Hāpara is seeking a Registered Teacher for a 6-month fixed term role in Wellington. You’ll draw on Te Whāriki to plan the educational journey of each child, document learning with high-quality assessments, and foster a caring, inclusive classroom where every child belongs and thrives.

Collaboration with a supportive team, ongoing professional development, and access to a national network underpin daily practice, while ensuring NZ registration is current and families stay connected.

Qualifications

• NZ teaching qualification and current NZ registration.
• Familiar with Te Whāriki curriculum.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and guide children\'s educational journeys using Te Whāriki.
• Capture and share high-quality assessments of progress.
• Foster an equitable, nurturing classroom atmosphere.
