A leading childcare service in Gisborne is seeking ECE Teaching Assistants to join their passionate team. The role involves providing support in a nurturing environment focused on the education and wellbeing of young children. This position is casual and suitable for flexible individuals looking to make a difference.
We welcome applications from ECE Teaching Assistants who are keen to work where the first priority is the education and wellbeing of tamariki and kaiako. We are looking for ECE Teaching Assistants to join our enthusiastic team of teachers at Waiapu Kids – Te Hapara Whānau Aroha, based in Gisborne on an casual/reliever basis.
At Waiapu Kids Te Hapara we provide a homely, bicultural environment where fun is valued and tamariki learn and grow under the guidance of supportive, loving kaiako. We appreciate what each tamaiti, whānau and kaiako bring to the relationship and take a holistic approach to education and care that is inclusive of whānau. We care about the professional development and growth of our kaiako and provide conditions to support them to be the best teachers they can be.
This is a relieving position to cover absences so would suit someone who is flexible.
