Busy Bees Aotearoa in Palmerston North is seeking an experienced NZ-registered teacher to join a dedicated early learning team. The role focuses on guiding each child’s educational journey, sharing high-quality assessments, and building a welcoming, equitable atmosphere where children feel safe, valued and inspired to explore.

Responsibilities

• Guide the educational journey of each child using Te Whāriki-based practice.
• Record and share high-quality assessments to celebrate progress.
• Foster a supportive, equitable atmosphere and a sense of belonging.
• Collaborate with team to build positive relationships across the centre.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment prioritising child wellbeing.

• A recognised New ZealandECE or Primary teaching qualification with current NZ registration.

• Confidence using digital tools to document learning and stay connected with families.
