What You’ll Bring

We’re seeking a confident and compassionate leader with a strong understanding of Montessori education. You’ll need:

Montessori Diploma and experience in a Montessori environment (essential)

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and current NZ Teacher Registration

3–5+ years’ experience in ECE, including at least 2 years in a leadership role

Strong skills in curriculum planning, team leadership, and centre operations

Solid understanding of NZ regulatory requirements and licensing criteria

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills

A passion for empowering educators and delivering outstanding learning outcomes for tamariki
