Busy Bees Coopers Beach is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our coastal ECE centre. You will coach a high-performing team, ensure quality education and compliance, drive enrolments, and strengthen whānau relationships.
Lead centre planning, curriculum evaluation, and continuous improvement, champion Te Tiriti o Waitangi, Te Reo Māori, and tikanga Māori. NZ residency or valid work visa required; 30 hours per week; salary $101,120 per annum.
