Join Our Team as a Lending Operations Representative

Role Responsibilities
  1. Prepare home loans for settlement, ensuring a smooth process and positive customer experience.
  2. Transfer funds for settlement, both internally and externally.
  3. Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance on settled applications.
  4. Settle various types of applications including new purchases, refinances, top-ups, and construction loans.
  5. Organise funding for loan accounts and set up payments.
  6. Engage with solicitors and mortgage advisers, often thinking creatively to facilitate outcomes.
Contract Details

This is a fixed-term contract for one year, ending June 2026.

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in financial services or banking, especially in branch, contact centre, or operational roles, is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Process-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technologically proficient and quick to learn new systems.
  • Enthusiastic team player with problem-solving skills.
