Job Description

Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort is seeking a full-time Night Guest Service Agent who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. The position involves working three 10-hour shifts per week.

As a Night Guest Service Agent, you will make guests feel at home with your welcoming presence, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing insights on local attractions and eateries. Your superb customer service and positive energy will leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing a warm and friendly reception to guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process, and addressing immediate inquiries.
  • Maintaining clear and courteous communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders across various channels.
  • Processing guest reservations, updates, and special requests accurately using property management systems.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay, offering assistance, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Experience in delivering high-quality service within a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills across various mediums, ensuring professional correspondence.
  • A proactive and positive approach to addressing guest needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to foster positive guest experiences and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Polished and professional presentation reflecting organizational values.
  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts to meet operational needs.
