About the role

We're looking for casual Caregivers to join our awesome teams supporting our clinical teams in our Care Homes in Wellington. These roles are ideal if you want some work over the holiday period, want some extra money without permanent hours, or want to try a different role earning while you learn! This could be great for someone located or easily accessible to the area by car or public transport.

• Provide exceptional care to our residents - ensuring they feel safe, supported, and comfortable
• Work under the guidance of our registered nurses
• Work in a supportive environment in a modern care facility

About you

We are looking for someone with the right attitude, excellent communication skills, a good level of fitness, and the ability to work as part of a team to provide high-quality care. You may be at level 0 or 4/5 - we will consider your application to find you a suitable place within our teams. Some things that will support your application include:

• Careerforce qualification or equivalent (advantageous)
• Good level of fitness
• Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly (highly beneficial)
• Empathy and a love of making a difference in our residents' lives
