In this pivotal role, you’ll support the successful delivery of large-scale construction project valued at $150m, working closely with our project management, contractors, and subcontractors. Your strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Coordinate efforts with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and relevant regulations
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and change orders
  • Track progress, update milestones, and proactively address any issues to keep projects on schedule

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of post-graduate experience in project coordination or management within the construction sector
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale projects valued at $100M+ ideally in the residential space
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficiency with construction project management tools and software
  • Sound understanding of construction contracts and regulatory requirements
