Job description

Our client is a well-established South Auckland law firm seeking to employ an experienced lawyer to join their thriving commercial property practice.

Working with this well-respected Partner and their team, you will handle a wide range of commercial and property transactions, including property acquisitions and disposals, large-scale commercial and residential subdivisions, design build lease agreements, property development agreements, and commercial leasing work across the office, retail, industrial, and ground lease sectors. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in some general corporate and commercial legal work too.

About You

• A NZ qualified lawyer with ideally, between 2-8 years’ legal experience.
• Prior experience in commercial property and/or commercial law matters. Ideally, you will have had exposure to working on large commercial transactions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
