Early Careers Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist

We’re hiring for a 12-month contract in Auckland. The successful candidate will work alongside a team of professionals to engage, attract, recruit and onboard early talent to EY’s graduate and undergraduate programmes. This role is based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland). Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about possible options.

Your responsibilities
  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to source high-calibre candidates
  • Deliver the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition with DE&I embedded in processes and programs
  • Facilitate an excellent candidate experience with timely updates and inquiries handling
  • Manage a complex stakeholder portfolio within Auckland, building strong internal relationships
  • Maintain value-led relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies and early career pathway organisations
  • Lead and present at internal and external events (inductions, careers fairs, industry roundtables) and support programme development, learning design and facilitation

  • Interest in or exposure to early careers talent acquisition and/or high-volume hiring
  • Confidence communicating to diverse internal and external stakeholders and presenting to large groups in person or virtually
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability and commitment to continuous learning
