  • Lead and execute strategic change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions and adoption of new processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business change and create a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to support the successful integration of new systems and processes.

Relevant experience would include:

  • Demonstrated experience in change management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex transition projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity amidst organisational change.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent experience demonstrated through previous roles.
  • Solid experience in Change Management across multiple business dimensions/functions, including project management.
  • Deep understanding of the change process and how individuals navigate through it.
  • Expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
