Job description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our amazing operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a team environment. You will play a key role in leading our afternoon team to maintain a high level of safety awareness and meet our customers' expectations. You will work closely with the morning shift supervisor to help realize our vision of being a world-class logistics operation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise our afternoon warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
2. Problem-solve any issues that may arise that could impact operational requirements.
3. Collaborate effectively with the day shift supervisor and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
4. Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and support to junior team members.
5. Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse activities and create efficiencies that enhance customer experience.
