About You

You are an enthusiastic and customer-focused Outbound Admissions Consultant interested in working in a dynamic admissions team. You will be outgoing and keen to play a pivotal role in helping students understand our programmes, entry requirements, and the unique value Whitecliffe offers in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through their educational journey from initial inquiry or lead to enrollment.
  • Conduct outbound phone calls, send emails, and text messages to prospective students as part of targeted recruitment campaigns
  • Provide comprehensive information about Whitecliffe programmes, courses, and entry requirements
  • Take a case management approach to progress recruitment queries to resolution
  • Manage leads end-to-end using our CRM system, ensuring all interactions are accurately recorded
  • Promote prospective student-facing events, representing Whitecliffe with professionalism
  • Maintain high standards of customer service while meeting conversion targets
  • Contribute to the development of campaign content and scripts
  • Help prospective students navigate through the enrollment process with necessary information and support

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent communication skills (English +1 would be advantageous) with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
  • Customer service experience with a proven track record of building strong relationships
  • Experience studying in a tertiary environment, with understanding of student needs and concerns
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to tailor information to individual student requirements
  • Proficiency in navigating online systems and adapting to new technologies
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and/or weekends when required
  • Experience in an outbound calling or sales environment (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems (preferred)
  • Currently holding or working towards a relevant tertiary qualification
