Job Description
About the role

We are currently looking for an experienced Master Production Scheduler (Planner) with a positive and team player attitude to join our Hamilton-based team.

In this role, you will take ownership of the master production scheduling process across NZ & AU and serve as the ERP champion for our Hamilton plant. You will be responsible for planning and managing the production schedule in the Hamilton plant while working closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain) to ensure production deliveries are met on time. You will support the achievement of plant KPIs in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

Beyond scheduling, you will play a key role in relevant production projects and the implementation of 5S/Lean methodologies, helping to enhance efficiency and workflow. A thorough understanding of ERP and Sales & Operations processes will be essential for success in this position.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. If you’re passionate about driving production excellence and making a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Your ability to think outside the box, solve problems creatively, and share knowledge—especially with the production team—will be essential to success. Collaboration and clear communication will be key as you work closely with various stakeholders to drive efficiency and results.
