Essity is seeking a part-time Storesperson (Inwards Goods) for their Kawerau site. In this role, you will manage incoming goods, maintain inventory control, and ensure smooth operations. Join our dynamic Stores team at Essity's longstanding Kawerau site in the beautiful Bay of Plenty.
This is a Part-Time (24 Hours per week), Fixed Term role to cover long term leave.
About the Role:As Storesperson (Inwards Goods), you will manage the receipting of all incoming goods and perform other stock control duties using our in-house systems (SAP). Your role is crucial in maintaining inventory control and ensuring smooth operations.

What You Will Do:
Safely unload packages and chemicals, receive shipments, and inspect contents.
Check and receipt stock, notifying the Purchasing team of any discrepancies.
Deliver goods to both Maintenance and Stores teams on site.
Organize packages for outbound shipping.
Pick up/drop off items from external suppliers as needed.
Operate and maintain stores vehicles (Forklift) and equipment.
Cover for Stores personnel if required.

Who You Are:
Hold a Forklift License (or willing/able to obtain one immediately).
Experience in purchasing and/or inventory management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Computer literate and able to learn new systems.
SAP experience is advantageous but not necessary.
Reliable and punctual.
Innovative and practical, with good attention to detail.
Enjoy working in a team environment.
You will need the right to work in New Zealand and to be happy to complete a police check and pre-employment drug & alcohol test as part of the recruitment process.
