We are seeking an Operations Support Administrator to join our team in Onehunga.

What You Will Do
  • Manage technician scheduling and dispatching for planned and unplanned work
  • Coordinate customer service requests from initiation to completion
  • Ensure BWOF compliance
  • Manage parts, billing, and assist with collections
How You Will Do It
  • Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
  • Identify improvements in business processes and services
  • Contribute to business profitability through accurate and timely business information
What We Look For
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Associate degree preferred, with industry experience in service operations or scheduling
