Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) has an exceptional opportunity to work with a fantastic residential team in a vibrant region of Auckland. You will be working with an excellent design and build contractor that has been established in New Zealand for a number of years. They have a solid reputation in the industry and build some quite amazing projects.

With increased opportunities in the region and more projects signed up this year, this contractor is seeking a solid intermediate or senior quantity surveyor to join their niche commercial team in a leadership role.

We are looking for a quantity surveying leader with a proven portfolio of experience in the residential sector. Ideally, you would have been involved in managing or leading new build projects from greenfield sites, overseeing them from pre-construction to final account and handover.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work on impressive residential projects and elevate your career. Some sites will be challenging but rewarding, with close collaboration with clients.
