What You'll Be Doing

The purpose of this role is to deliver marketing campaigns and content marketing, with a particular focus on the Inbound Marketing Methodology. You will also need enough knowledge of HubSpot's Marketing Hub to set it up effectively for our clients’ marketing operations and customer journeys.

Leading Marketing Hub Campaigns & Implementations – End to End
  • Develop customer personas and buyer profiles to identify the ideal audience
  • Develop campaigns and content plans that attract and convert these leads
  • Manage seamless migrations of marketing platforms into HubSpot without a hitch
  • Design and implement intelligent automation workflows, email journeys, and segmentation
  • Set up dashboards and reporting tools that give clients crystal-clear visibility
  • Consult with clients on lifecycle stages, subscription preferences, and lead scoring
  • Manage client workshops to capture requirements and tailor every solution
  • Ensure every implementation is clean, scalable, and future-proof
Client Relationships & Communication
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams
  • Translate business needs into compelling campaigns and content
  • Lead client training and handover with clear documentation and support
Quality Delivery
  • Own your implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with your team to continually refine and evolve delivery processes
  • Hold the bar high—we’re known for quality, and you’ll help us stay there
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years in an agency or in-house marketing role
  • Experience with the inbound methodology and modern marketing best-practices
  • Enough creative chops to come up with compelling campaign and content offer concepts
  • Strong hands-on experience with marketing software—especially HubSpot
  • Deep understanding of email marketing, automation, contact management, and customer lifecycle journeys
  • Experience with IP warming, email deliverability, and segmentation best practices
  • Comfortable running workshops, managing clients, and leading training
  • Exceptional attention to detail—you notice the things others don’t
  • HubSpot certifications (Inbound, Marketing Software, Email, etc.) are a plus—if you don’t have them yet, we’ll support you to get there
