• Participating in all branch processes
• Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
• Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
• Representing Rowlands Pharmacy and engaging with the community

Candidate Requirements

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent
• Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
• Experience in a customer-focused environment
• Understanding of confidentiality and medication handling
