We’re looking for a confident and proactive People & Culture Advisor to join a supportive and fast-paced team. In this generalist role, you’ll partner with leaders and employees across the business to provide practical, people-focused HR advice and coaching. You’ll support everything from performance management and employee relations to recruitment, leader coaching, and the rollout of key people programmes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being a trusted advisor in a values-driven organisation.

What you’ll bring:

  • Ideally 3-4+ years’ experience in an HR Advisory role, preferably within a medium to large organisation
  • Strong understanding of NZ employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to coach and support people leaders with performance, conduct, and attendance matters
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships at all levels
  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Ability to interpret data and provide insights to support decision-making
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine passion for supporting people
