Are you passionate about creating a culture of care, resilience, and psychological safety? Join us as a Wellbeing and Injury Management Advisor and play a vital role in shaping the health and wellbeing of our University community. You'll be at the forefront of delivering proactive wellbeing programmes, driving strategies that foster psychological and occupational health, and supporting staff and leaders to embed wellbeing into everyday practice. This is your opportunity to make a real impact-helping people recover and thrive through effective injury and illness management under the ACC Accredited Employers Programme, while supporting safe return-to-work pathways. Salary will be based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus.
