Starting salary: $62,998.00 - $74,116.00 + superannuation

The role | Te tūnga

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our Future Census Programme in the Collection Design team. We're delivering the design of a collection model for our frontline Data Collection Specialists.

You Will Be Accountable For Supporting The Collection Design Team With High-quality, Timely And Efficient Project Coordination Support. This Will Include Activities Such As

  • project scheduling using Microsoft Project
  • issues and risk management
  • drafting and maintaining project status reports and documentation
  • organising meetings and taking minutes
  • assisting in onboarding new team members
  • handling procurement and finance queries
  • managing monthly financial accruals
