We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Manager Transformation who will work with senior stakeholders to enhance operational process efficiency, optimise workflows, and implement cutting-edge tools and technologies.

Mo te tūranga | About the Role:

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the financial crime operations landscape to enhance operational efficiency, optimise workflows, and implement cutting-edge tools and technologies.
  • Drive collaboration, innovation, and learning within the organisation.
  • Prepare high-quality, concise, and robust executive and senior leadership steering committee and management documents that drive decision-making.
  • Manage accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and benefits tracking across project initiatives, focusing on both financial and non-financial benefits.
  • Provide process guidance, mentorship, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation, efficiency gains, and cost savings through analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and benchmarking against industry standards.
  • Champion change management efforts related to process improvements and tooling implementations, ensuring seamless adoption and integration across departments.
  • Deliver high-quality design and execution to achieve customer experience and commercial outcomes, particularly in contact volume reduction, digitising service journeys, eliminating complexity, and supporting staff to improve staff experience.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to drive process re-design and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or operations management, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills and benefits tracking/realisation, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Proficiency in process modelling hierarchies/tools and familiarity with automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive organisational change.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliver accordingly.
