Westpac Bank is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This senior role involves supporting the Consumer Banking & Wealth unit, focusing on employee relations, talent management, and HR practices. We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources & Communications (HRC) team on a Fixed-term contract basis for 12 months.
Based at Westpac Head Office, Britomart, reporting to our Head of Human Resources – CBW & HSW, this senior HR role will see you work alongside other Senior HR Business Partners supporting the Consumer Banking & Wealth (CBW) business unit within the Bank. CBW aims to keep our people, customers, and communities at the heart of everything they do. They operate as One Westpac, the bank you can trust in moments that matter, at every stage of life and in every situation. You will have the experience and expertise to nurture and further enhance the relationship between HR and CBW. Your responsibilities include providing professional and credible support regarding employee relations, talent management, remuneration and benefits, learning and development, performance and reward, HR policies and procedures, advocacy of the organisation's vision, values, and culture, change initiatives, and generalist HR support.
Ideally, your experience will have led you to a Senior or Head of level within HR and within a large and complex organisation. Banking or Financial Services experience is highly advantageous. You should demonstrate strong Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experience, stakeholder management, and influential skills.
