What You'll Be Doing - Your Day to Day

In this role, you'll be embedded within transformation programs, supporting project teams and the Transformation Office to ensure financials are accurate, benefits are clear, and outcomes are achieved. You'll be directly involved in shaping some of Tower's key initiatives.

On a typical day, you might:

• Manage the financials of multiple transformation projects—tracking costs, updating forecasts, and ensuring resource allocations are precise.
• Partner with project teams to develop business cases, ensuring benefits are identified, realistic, and achievable.
• Monitor benefit realization and provide clear reporting post-implementation to demonstrate impact.
• Ensure financial governance is in place—challenging stakeholders for optimal commercial outcomes, keeping projects on budget, and identifying risks early.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, translating financial data into insights that support better decision-making.
• Use tools like Planview or Jira (or be willing to learn) to manage and report on financial performance across a portfolio of projects.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or business partnering with a strategic, commercial mindset.
• A solid understanding of financial principles and their application in project environments.
• Experience with project financial management, cost tracking, and benefit realization.
• Strong communication and influencing skills—confident working with non-finance stakeholders.
• An eye for detail and a drive to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insightfulness.
• Experience with (or interest in learning) portfolio management tools like Planview or Jira.
