Aftersales and Product Support Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our team at T A Drilling for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Product and Internal Sales Support team.

T A DRILLING (SALES) Ltd is seeking an organized and highly motivated individual to work as a key member of the Product Support and Internal Sales team. The ideal candidate will ensure our after-sales and ongoing parts and accessories support for our customers fully meet their expectations and will assist the sales team.

We are a leading supplier of trenchless equipment, landscaping machinery, pipeline equipment, and specialist lifting and material handling equipment for sectors such as construction, rail, and utilities. As a growing business, we are passionate about delivering excellent service with a can-do attitude to our large customer portfolio across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer support including warranty support and administration
2. Handling imports and exports across our product range
3. Internal sales of parts and accessories
4. Maintaining stock levels, managing orders from suppliers
5. Producing Excel reports and analyzing data, including sales and customer spend analysis
6. Coordinating with the service manager, recording and invoicing service, repair, and warranty work

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

1. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative
2. Accurate data recording and annotation skills
3. Keen attention to detail
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to adapt and handle challenges confidently and professionally
7. Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and Sage accounting software
8. Previous experience in a commercial environment or knowledge of the construction equipment sector is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate
