About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Lead Maintenance. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1630.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide efficient and effective maintenance services, ensuring that facilities and grounds are fit for purpose and provide a safe environment for all.
  • Complete the planned preventative maintenance and refurbishment programme in collaboration with the Ryman Property team and Facilities Manager.
  • Act as a health & safety champion by ensuring all policies and procedures are followed by staff and contractors, maintaining a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Build strong relationships and work closely with your team and colleagues to support them.

About You

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a lead Maintenance role (trade qualifications are an advantage but not essential)
  • The ability to lead a motivated and productive team, as well as manage a varied contractor and supplier base
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, with experience in producing maintenance and H&S reports
  • A reliable, friendly, and professional manner
