Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 + Commission

Location: Hamilton

We are seeking a Hire Support Manager to join our skilled team in Hamilton.

This role involves providing seamless support to the commercial team, with leadership and management of the coordinator team.

The responsibilities include administrative and commercial tasks, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely quotes, meeting KPI targets, and adhering to procedures and processes.

As a Hire Support Manager, you will:

  • Ensure Service Level Agreements for quote generation and incoming leads are achieved.
  • Follow and aim to overachieve KPI targets.
  • Support business development calls to increase opportunity generation, including your own targets.
  • Support the team and liaise with other departments to develop innovative processes supporting business functions.
  • Manage the coordinator team directly, ensuring meaningful monthly one-to-one meetings.
