The opportunity
  • We are looking to replace our Corporate Receptionist & Assistant Administrator.
  • Be part of a global business with a values-based culture that prioritizes people.
  • Our current Receptionist & Administrator appreciates the friendly, welcoming environment and the positive impact they can make.
  • Located in Auckland’s CBD, close to transport and shopping hubs.
Your new role

Responsibilities include a range of duties from receptionist to office management, providing administrative support to the Auckland and Regional offices, as well as the General Manager. You will report to the EA to the CEO. Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the Head Office reception, answer calls, greet visitors.
  • Support onboarding of new staff.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and kitchen consumables.
  • Coordinate office facilities, liaising with suppliers and contractors.
  • Assist with staff events and special requests as coordinated through the EA.

A full position description will be provided at interview.

About You

You enjoy working with people, are a self-starter, and ensure smooth office operations. While previous experience is preferable, you should demonstrate:

  • Ownership and responsibility for managing the Auckland office.
  • Proactive, independent approach to work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, dependability, and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
