The role

We are currently looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Business Support team. We pride ourselves on being a fun, outgoing, and inclusive workplace. Together, we overachieve our goals and genuinely enjoy what we do.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to recruit for some of our largest, high-profile clients, operating at a 360 level, handling both exciting permanent and temporary roles.

A typical day:

1. Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placement
2. Collaborating with your dedicated candidate manager to create a talent pool
3. Business development and meeting with clients to become a recruitment partner of choice
4. Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
