Are you passionate about education, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and the unique history of Aotearoa? The Waitangi Treaty Grounds is seeking a dedicated Educator to join our Learning Team. This is your opportunity to shape how our nation’s founding story is shared with ākonga (students), adult learners, and visitors from across Aotearoa and beyond.
As an educator, you will design, deliver, and coordinate educational programmes that align with the New Zealand Curriculum, Te Marautanga o Aotearoa, Te Aho Matua, and Te Whāriki. You will engage ākonga, adult learners, and the public with enriching educational experiences that foster a deeper understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the cultural heritage of Aotearoa. Your role will involve creating both in-person and digital learning resources, maintaining relationships with educational providers, and supporting public programmes.
