Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
We're looking for a Senior Advisor, Compliance where you will be part of a team working across the business to drive compliance culture and improve compliance maturity, leading to improved organisational performance.
Complying with legislation and internal policy obligations is a key component of ACC's Three Lines Model. As part of a small second line Enterprise Compliance team, the Senior Advisor, Compliance provides support on compliance matters to ACC managers and staff.
Reporting to the Manager, Compliance, the Senior Advisor, Compliance helps drive the development, implementation and maturing of ACC's compliance framework, tools and guidance to lift compliance capability and culture to ensure ACC meets its core obligations. A key area of focus will be on supporting the uplift of ACC's controls environment, and providing expert advice on internal controls and related compliance matters to senior managers and staff.
Ngā Haepapa Mahi | Key Responsibilities
This is a permanent role based in Wellington.
The indicative salary for this role is between $124,000 - $153,000 with appointment within the range depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.
