About The Role

The purpose of this role is to develop a supply plan for activities to meet and exceed customer expectations on quality and DIFOT. You will also be accountable for inventory control for the NZ business, ensuring materials availability and stock accuracy.

Key Accountabilities Include
  1. Develop and maintain accurate supply plans based on production forecasts, customer demand, and seasonal variances.
  2. Use SAP and MRP systems to create and manage production schedules, ensuring the availability of raw materials and packaging.
  3. Collaborate with production and procurement teams to align supply plans with business objectives.
  4. Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, work in progress (WIP), and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  5. Conduct regular inventory reconciliations using SAP to ensure data accuracy.
  6. Implement inventory optimisation strategies, including safety stock levels and reorder points.
  7. Review and adjust MRP outputs to address supply chain disruptions or demand changes.
  8. Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supplier issues.
About You

You will likely have several years’ experience working with SAP and data analysis, with in-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry being an advantage. Excellent planning and time management skills are essential. Your ability to work collaboratively and build cross-functional and cross-geographical partnerships will be second nature. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be exceptional, complemented by strong analytical abilities.
