About the Team

This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world. Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.

About the Role

You’ll be working in an Analytics team within our Customer Experience department, delivering enlightening reporting and actionable insights that enable collaborators to make proactive and timely data-driven decisions.

What will keep you busy...
  1. Engage key stakeholders to understand business problems and opportunities.
  2. Design impactful data solutions in the form of operational performance reports and deep dive insights that increase business understanding and create real change.
  3. Build highly interactive dashboards that enable self-service of data consumption across the business.
  4. Use BI and SQL solutions to automate reporting.
  5. Provide quality assurance and review of peer work.
  6. Generate actionable insights that lead to measurable changes in the business.
What we'd love to see from you...
  1. 4+ years’ experience in this or an equivalent role.
  2. Highly proficient in SQL (experience with Snowflake preferred).
  3. Advanced experience building reports and dashboards using data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred).
  4. Experience joining large datasets from various sources.
  5. Experience in contact centre operations and/or SaaS businesses.
  6. Experience building dbt models preferred (not essential).
  7. Experience with GitHub, VS code and Airflow preferred (not essential).
