Job Description

  • Oversees daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
  • Manages and trains front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional service.
  • Coordinates inventory, ordering, and ensures stock levels are maintained.
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handles guest feedback, resolving issues to maintain satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a F&B Supervisor or Leader is a must
  • Experience in hotels is preferred but not required
  • A related degree or certifications are preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude
