• 5 years NZ Industry Experience.
• Commercial or residential experience required.
• Knowledge of the RMA, District Plans, NZS3604 & New Zealand Building Code.

My client is a well-respected firm in NZ specialising in residential & commercial projects. They are a team of passionate Architects with a strong work ethic and a dedicated passion for what they do. You will be based at their Tauranga office working on a wide variety of projects with a wide range of clients. Everything from small residential alterations to bespoke architectural homes and commercial projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5 years NZ Industry Experience
• Commercial or residential experience a must
• Experience with ArchiCAD
• Knowledge of the RMA, District Plans, NZS3604 & New Zealand Building Code
• A team-player attitude, but also have the ability to work independently
