Te Āheinga - The Opportunity
- Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide strategic financial advice to drive growth and improve performance of the New Zealand business.
- Conduct comprehensive modelling and analysis for key projects to assess feasibility and financial impact.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost management, and improved margins through detailed analysis, tracking, and reporting.
- Oversee monthly management reporting, variance analysis, account reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to analyze financials and prepare monthly commentary on P&Ls, revenue, and expenses.
- Lead and deliver key projects that enhance long-term viability and financial performance.
Mo Koe - About You- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CA or CPA qualified.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of supporting non-finance personnel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills with a solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, financial systems like PeopleSoft, Business Intelligence, and TM1.
