Who is THOR?
THOR Poletest (THOR) is an innovation developed by Groundline, a New Zealand-based lines engineering consultancy.
THOR is a tool for pole testing timber utility poles, designed to be user-friendly in the field and providing asset managers with objective insights for managing their pole networks. More information can be found on our website: https://www.thorpoletest.com/
We are a dynamic blend of an established and an early-stage company, with customers across NZ, Australia, the UK, and the USA.
The Role
You will lead strategic marketing efforts domestically and internationally, focusing on lead generation, brand positioning, and supporting sales growth. Acting as a link between marketing and sales, you will ensure the attraction, nurturing, and conversion of high-quality leads.

Qualifications & Expertise
We seek an intermediate candidate with 3+ years of marketing experience, particularly in lead generation and nurturing strategies.
A degree is preferred but demonstrated marketing strategy knowledge and experience are equally valued.
International B2B marketing and sales experience would be advantageous.
You should be self-driven, as we are a small, agile team.
