The Opportunity

A Copywriter at Greenhouse creates impactful, modern creative solutions—ideas that are effective, strategic, agnostic, and transformative for our clients’ businesses. The Copywriter is responsible for the tone of voice across all creative solutions, working closely with the wider creative team. With a passion for social media, you’ll be responsible for concepting, writing, designing, and producing social-first ideas that drive results for Woolworths. You’ll be involved in every stage—from understanding social trends and strategy to developing concepts and capturing content.

A Snapshot Of What You'll Do
  1. Responsible for creating advertising ideas across all media in collaboration with the creative team.
  2. Interpret creative direction and adapt insights from briefs into persuasive copy concepts.
  3. Concept and develop social-first ideas for campaigns and standalone social media opportunities, ensuring they are platform-appropriate and on-brand.
  4. Understand clients’ business operations deeply.
  5. Participate in key creative meetings with clients, presenting creative and strategic work alongside Creative Directors, Account Leads, and Strategy Directors.
  6. Contribute to evolving the agency’s creative process and best practices.
  7. Ensure concepting sessions are completed within campaign timeframes.
  8. Plus additional responsibilities as needed.
Your Ideal Experience
  1. 3+ years in a copywriting or conceptual creative role, with a focus on social-first content.
  2. Proven ability to demonstrate brand tone of voice.
  3. Understanding of advertising channels: TV, social, radio, print, sponsorships, and emerging media.
  4. Creative thinker capable of producing compelling content under tight deadlines and briefing others effectively.
  5. Connected to culture—aware of current trends in sports, music, lifestyle, etc.
