We are a service based in the Waikato, dedicated to assisting people in accessing their communities in a manner they choose. We offer residential support services and supported living services. The people we assist span all age groups and have varied interests.
The outcome manager role is for 30 hours a week, with the possibility of extending to 40 hours to include additional tasks. We are seeking a compassionate, people-oriented individual who wants to make a difference. Our goal is to ensure that disabled people can participate equitably in their chosen communities.
The successful candidate should be able to engage with a diverse range of people, understand and apply EGL principles, and support advocacy and social inclusion for the people we serve.
