Take on a leadership role running Bell Hill Dairy Farm
Are you an experienced Farm Manager and a strong leader looking to take that next step? Do you have a passion for growing the land and people around you?
You will manage Bell Hill Dairy Farm and oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm and team. You’ll have the full support of a Business Manager to help you settle into the role and assist in areas such as financial reporting, planning, or pasture management. Together, you will work to deliver quality results.
Bell Hill Dairy Unit is located in the Greymouth / Lake Brunner area of the West Coast. We peak milk 920 cows through a 60-bail rotary. The farm spans humped and hollowed terrain of 504 ha, with 445 ha effective.
You will have excellent leadership capabilities, a willingness to learn new systems, and value people, animals, and the environment.
Familiarity with ag tech such as Farmax and FarmIQ is helpful but not required.
