Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Technologies team. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyse, design, and enhance IT and business systems that support our growing network of retirement villages.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

What You’ll Do
  1. Analyse and document business needs and system requirements
  2. Lead process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
  4. Support change management and training for new systems and processes
  5. Maintain accurate documentation using tools like Miro & the Microsoft suite
What You’ll Need
  1. 5+ years’ experience in business systems analysis or process mapping
  2. Strong communication and facilitation skills
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business information systems
  4. A practical understanding of the System Development Lifecycle
