About the Role
Area Sales Manager – Reseller Channel
Territory: Auckland & Northland
We’re looking for a driven and experienced sales professional to join our Reseller Channel sales team, managing key relationships across Auckland and Northland. This role is based in Auckland and is ideal for someone who thrives in the field and enjoys building strong partnerships with retailers, trade outlets, and independent resellers.
You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our existing account base while driving Lynn River’s share of wallet through improved ranging, in-store execution, promotional sell-through and building strong partnerships at all levels.
In this role, you will:
• Strengthen existing customer relationships and identify ways to expand product ranging
• Drive sales through promotional planning, merchandising and training support
• Present new products and seasonal campaigns to store teams
• Deliver on sales targets and territory growth goals
• Collaborate on promotional campaigns and in-store activations
• Work closely with internal teams to align sales with marketing and supply
• Accurately capture call activity and insights in our CRM
• Travel regularly throughout the region to support customers face-to-face
• Prospect and onboard new reseller accounts to grow market share
About You
You’re likely to be:
• A people person with field sales, trade sales or retail account management experience
• Highly organised, with strong time management and self-motivation
• Able to communicate clearly and build trust with a wide range of stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a wider team
• Passionate about finding practical, commercially sound solutions for customers
• A proactive mindset and commercial awareness to spot growth opportunities
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
• Proven sales or account management experience (reseller, trade or B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and CRM skills
