What We’re Looking For:
Experienced Store Leader: You have proven experience in managing a retail store, leading a team, and driving performance. You’re confident in making operational decisions, mentoring staff and ensuring the store runs smoothly and successfully.
A Passionate Sales Professional: You’re not just selling jewellery, you’re creating moments! You’ll connect with customers, help them find the perfect piece, and deliver a memorable, premium in-store experience.
KPI-Driven and Customer-Focused: You love the challenge of a sales target and consistently hitting KPIs. You’re excited about achieving both your personal and team goals in a customer-centric environment.
A Creative Spirit: From maintaining the store’s dazzling presentation to creating eye-catching displays, you’ll ensure our store always shines.
