VML Wellington are currently looking for a Senior Account Director to join the team. The projects you’ll work on will be varied and interesting, including multi-media campaigns, behaviour change campaigns, brand development and all sorts of other cool stuff.

JOB DESCRIPTION As Senior Account Director (SAD), you will be responsible for the running of key client accounts and accountable for creating a team and relationships where best in class creative work can flourish. This role is responsible for the financial management and profitability of projects, ongoing client satisfaction, and team development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Account Director is responsible for creating an environment where your teams are empowered to product great work. Key to this will be: Providing day-to-day leadership and strategic direction across your accounts, and your ability to help plan, develop, and oversee the execution of a wide range of mahi. Your ability to inspire, motivate and develop those around you Your ability to carve out and realise strategic and creative opportunities Your ability to join the dots and see the bigger picture Your cultural humility, with an openness to learn.
