Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Human Resources professional: Drive HR strategy, business improvement and champion change!

Responsibilities
About the Role

This is an integral role within our Human Resources team that will have you delivering tailored HR solutions and advice to multiple business units, with a view to maximising organisational capability and effectiveness by providing expert counsel, contributing to HR policy development, and ensuring the HR strategy aligns with business operational needs.

Collaboration will be key to your success in this role, as you will need to partner with wider business specialists and work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders across the ANZ region to optimise opportunities, maintain consistent guidance, and mitigate risks to support business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience working within an HR role, and ideally a degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
  • Industrial relations exposure, specifically within ER and mediation, as well as strong foundational and generalist experience and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to present and partner with senior leadership to achieve favourable business outcomes.
  • Solid planning, organisational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated tact and discretion in all dealings with individuals and managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • To be a true team contributor with an authentic approach and good sense of humour.
