Job description

Oversee key online sales channels on marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok), monitor product listings, inventory and content accuracy across platforms. Manage buy-now listings on brand websites to ensure consumers are directed to the correct offline store options. Plan and execute regional online campaigns (e.g. mega online sales days, product launches). Collaborate with local country teams to implement campaigns and new product launches in alignment with regional marketing plans. Liaise with the marketing team to deliver compelling campaign assets.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee key online sales channels on marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok), monitor product listings, inventory and content accuracy across platforms.
  • Manage buy-now listings on brand websites to ensure consumers are directed to the correct offline store options.
  • Plan and execute regional online campaigns (e.g. mega online sales days, product launches).

  • Liaise with marketing team to deliver compelling campaign assets.
  • Performance Analytics: monitor and analyse KPIs such as traffic, conversion, sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Produce e-commerce performance dashboard and generate reports with actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and competitor benchmarking.
  • Recommend strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns.
  • Work closely with regional and country team members to optimise brand and product visibility on e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with local and regional teams to review performance and address operational issues.
  • Ensure alignment of e-commerce strategy with broader regional business goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business or related.
  • 3-5 years of e-commerce experience, ideally managing multi-country operations in Southeast Asia.
  • Proven track record in online sales growth, marketplace management and campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms and consumer trends.
